In my early days as a flutemaker I made thousands of side blown Small Majors and Small Minors. We discontinued them 10 years ago,  brought them back for a few days with the The Genesis Set in 2018  and I am bringing them back for my Mother's Day Sale. And extend it for a limited time. 

 The 12 inch Small Major has 2 octaves and is great to copy tunes.

The 11 inch Small Minor mostly 2 octaves, has more of a classical feel, a renaissance baroque old world flute. The harmonic minor scale makes it sound great by simply going up and down the scale and then getting creative by stopping here and there and lifting 2 or 3 fingers also at a time.
