PAYMENT

Payment must be made using one of the following credit/debit cards or an active Paypal account:

The total amount of the order, including the shipping fees, is charged to your credit/debit card or PayPal account at the time of order placement. In order to complete checkout, if you pay by credit/debit card, you will have to enter the account holder details, credit/debit card number and security code. For payment using a Pay Pal account you must enter your username and password in the specific fields on the PayPal page you are automatically directed to, then follow the procedures indicated on the page.

Any additional Customs Fees imposed by your country will not be included at Checkout.

If you can't pay the additional fees or are unable to pick up your order, the package will be sent back to us and we will issue a partial refund that will not include the handling and shipping costs.

The order procedure is considered completed at payment transaction completion. You will be automatically redirected to the page of the Site displaying the confirmation of acceptance of the order.
In the event that it is impossible to carry out the charge as a result of a mistake made by you in entering the data or due to other technical causes, you will not be able to complete the "order confirmation" procedure. If you decide to leave the payment page you will be redirected to a page of the Site which displays a message stating that it is impossible to confirm the order.

WE SHIP To North America *

When you place an order, it will be shipped to an address that you provide and designate, as long as that shipping address is within our shipping destinations below.

Please make sure that the address you provide us with is accurate. In case the order fails to be delivered due to an incomplete or wrong address, we won’t be able to refund any shipping costs.

We will ship your order via US Ground. with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order is sent. The arrival of your order may vary according to the destination, time of purchase and other delays that can’t be foreseen.

Within the United States we offer ground shipping to all orders for $11.99. Our flat rate for Canada is 48$ excluding any additional Customs Fees imposed by your country. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Orders placed through this website can currently be shipped to the United States and Canada.

For our valued international customers outside North America, most of our instruments are now available through our longtime friend and partner, Bryan Reed, at the FluteShop in the Netherlands.
Bryan has proudly carried and shipped Erik the Flutemaker instruments worldwide for over 10 years.

Please note that The FluteShop is an independent business and may not carry every instrument or accessory that we offer on our website. Product availability, pricing, and included accessories may vary. For example, some instruments purchased through The FluteShop may not include our complimentary flute bag.

SHIPPING POLICY

When placing your order, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are unable to refund shipping costs for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders are typically shipped via U.S. Ground Service, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.

CANADIAN ORDERS

We encourage our Canadian customers to get their bamboo instruments between early summer to early fall to avoid extreme weather that can affect your bamboo instrument. Our flat-rate shipping charge to Canada is $48.00 USD. Please note that your country may impose additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. If these fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order amount excluding the original shipping cost.

RESPONSABILITY

When you place an order, please keep in mind that if your country imposes limitations on the sale and delivery of goods containing any of the materials from which our products are made, our Company can’t be held accountable for any claims, damages, penalties or losses resulted by your order. When your heart begins to dance inside you, you will know which one to get.

AN INSTRUMENT IS A FRIEND FOR LIFE

Your instrument should fit your hands, so be aware if in the product description we are recommending an instrument for large hands. Please let us know in the “Order Notes” at Checkout if you are buying for a guy or a gal, if your fingers are very thin, or if your hand span is very small.

Your instrument is guaranteed for one year, but if you take care of it, it should last for decades.

When receiving your instrument during Extreme Weather, please let the package sit in your warmer temperature with all the wrappings for about ½ an hour so it can slowly acclimate from its cold journey. Our bamboo is tropical and needs a moment to say hello!

Packaging

We make sure that all the packages we deliver are well wrapped and packed to insure that your instrument will arrive safely to you.
